Achieving Maximum Quality Measures Points Workshop


March 19 at Orlando Lutheran Towers


We invite you to join us for this event in Orlando, Florida. The audience will include Nursing Home Administrators, DONs, Nurse Managers, Risk Managers, Social Workers, Therapy staff and MDS Coordinators.

Event Overview:

This workshop will address both short stay and long stay quality measures and review the MDS section, the data flows from and how each of the measures are calculated for your long stay CMS 5 star rating. The workshop will explain which of the quality measures have been identified by CMS as measures of quality and which of the quality measures Medicaid uses to determine incentive payments. Best practices in managing your quality measures will be discussed.

If CMS has issued clarification, the workshop will review how long-term quality measures currently based on MDS section G will be calculated and whether or not section GG will take the place of section G in the quality measure calculation.

During this workshop, exhibitors and sponsors will receive:
